Month of or Partial Wedding Planning Package

(6 Months - 6 Weeks before wedding)

Our Month of or Partial Wedding Planning package is for couples who have made progress in planning their wedding, but need a professional to take over and manage the final details including (but is not limited to) assistance with:

Unlimited communication from the date of the contract

- Consistent email/text communication to address questions and most current wedding planning goals.
- 1-2 scheduled meetings.

Create a planning outline/timeline

- The planning outline paces wedding planning into manageable monthly task lists.

Design consultation and guidance throughout planning

- We will create a mood board to pinpoint your vision. This board is helpful for us and for your florist, rental company, decorator, etc., to reference when building your order.

Create a personalized budget

- To outlining the suggested allocation of wedding funds to meet your wants and needs and track the budget throughout the planning.

Provide options for & aiding in the selection of all outstanding vendors you plan to book for your wedding.

Review vendor contracts

- We want to ensure all your vendor contracts provide everything you need for your wedding and protect you should anything unexpected arise.

Attend meetings with vendors as needed / as is appropriate

- (Pending availability-meetings must be scheduled Monday through Saturday)

Contact vendors throughout planning

- We act as a liaison between you and your vendors to streamline your communication and all information or through one consistent source (us!)

Create a detailed day timeline

- Disperse the timeline to vendors before your wedding day, and manage the timeline on your wedding day.

One venue walk-through before the wedding (pending planner availability)

- The client can request additional walk thoughts.
